I’ve been editing fiction for over fifteen years. I currently work full-time at an independent publishing house, but I’ve also worked at a division of Random House and for a nonprofit publishing company in New York City. Books I’ve worked on have gone on to win awards and critical acclaim.

I’ve worked in nearly every genre, with most of my experience falling in the historical and fantasy categories. I’ve also edited mysteries, suspense, science fiction, contemporary romance, women’s fiction, Amish fiction, and novellas. I’ve worked on books for adults, teens, and children. Whatever category or audience your novel falls into, I’ll bring my knowledge and experience to bear.

My favorite compliment from an author is that I have a “great sense of story.” Really, what that means is I love books. And if you let me, I will love your book too.
